FIFA Ultimate Team has always been a pack-opening simulator, and EAFC 24 Coins is no different. The majority of the mode comes from maximising the packs you earn and the quality of their contents, at which point you’re randomly assigned players who may or may not fit or improve your team. FC 24 is the last entry of the series before its rebrand to EA Sports FC later this year, but the system looks set to stay exactly the same so the developer can rinse its players for as much money as possible. The problem is, players aren’t getting what they paid for.

EA has mislabelled multiple packs and Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) over the past month, promising players incorrect rewards or forgetting to include some players in the packs altogether. Marco Verratti’s Team of the Year Moments card was left out of Ligue 1 TOTS FUT Champions Rewards along with TOTS Sissoko and TOTS Ben Yedder, so EA was forced to give players new packs containing the correct contents. It wasn’t just that Verratti Aamp; co. weren’t in the packs, their appearance as a reward would have altered the weighting of getting other players, too. However, players receiving twice as many packs softened the blow of having a lower chance at TOTS Mbappe the second time around.

The same happened again a week later. FUT Champions packs for EFIGS players (players from the English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish top tiers) Aldquo;included incorrect rewardsArdquo; and compensation was again promised.

Just last week, the 92+ TOTS Or Shapeshifter Team 1 Players Pick SBC incorrectly contained TOTS Moments players. Again, this affects the chances of packing the advertised players. Players are still waiting for compensation for this pack, which was disabled when the issue was recognised and Fut 24 Coins for sale has since been re-enabled with the correct contents.
